CNC Machinist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to engineering specifications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in CNC machine operation, tooling setup, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Setup: Set up and configure CNC machines, including tool selection, workpiece fixation, and calibration.
2. Machine Operation: Operate CNC machines to execute programmed sequences, monitor machine performance, and make adjustments as needed.
3. Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications and make necessary adjustments to maintain high-quality standards.
4. Tool Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines and tools, performing routine maintenance as required.
5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine setup, production data, and quality control measurements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate's degree in machining or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Proficiency in CNC machine operation and tooling setup.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
