Manufacturing/CAD Technician

Job Description:

As a Manufacturing/CAD Technician at Kibbetech, you will be a crucial part of our manufacturing process, combining technical expertise with creativity to help design and produce cutting-edge products. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to create CAD drawings, prototypes, and assist in optimizing our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Create and modify detailed CAD drawings using Fusion 360.
• Prepare 3D designs for a variety of manufacturing processes (CNC Machining, Laser cutting, CNC forming)
• Assist in prototyping and testing new products and processes.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to CAD software and manufacturing processes.
• Maintain accurate records of designs, revisions, and project progress.
• Assist with production as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree or certification in CAD design, manufacturing technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Manufacturing/CAD Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in CAD software (Fusion360, SolidWorks, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and precision in design work.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Familiarity with 3D printing and rapid prototyping techniques is a plus.
