Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Conduct customer feedback analysis to identify areas for improvement.

Shipping and Receiving:

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including tracking, documentation, and inventory management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and deliveries.
  • Implement logistics optimization strategies to reduce shipping costs.

MRP Management:

  • Manage the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely procurement.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Monitor inventory turnover rates and make recommendations for inventory control.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing strategies.
  • Streamline operations to reduce costs and increase productivity.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to operational standards.


  • Associates degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
